Option A consists of 5 parcels of land, three of which are long and narrow, are located along the railroad tracks. The parcels measure 12.32 acres, 8.3 acres, 3.12 acres, 15 acres and 1.86 acres. Irregular shaped with some frontage along Highway 69 and 476 square feet of frontage along the Wanapitei River.
